01

Use the lender’s condition list

Create sections for income, assets, credit and property. Mark whether an item is requested, supplied or confirmed accepted; those are different states. Self-employed records and rental documentation may involve separate reviews. Ask for the secure submission method and a contact for questions.

02

Keep estimates and funds aligned

Retain the Loan Estimate version, rate-lock information, earnest-money evidence and changes to closing funds. Large deposits, transfers or a new loan can generate questions. Explain changes promptly and keep supporting records rather than treating a complete upload as the end of underwriting.

03

Prepare for the final review

Ask which employment, asset or property checks remain before closing. Review the final closing documents with the appropriate professionals and verify payment instructions independently through a trusted contact. This site does not receive documents, wire money or clear conditions.

Your preparation checklist

0 of 3 steps marked by you. This is your preparation record, not lender acceptance.

Keep personal identity, tax and banking documents in your lender’s verified secure process.

A question worth asking

Does this checklist transmit my records?

No. It is a preparation aid. Use the actual lender’s secure process for sensitive documents.
